We have a specialized all-digital process for Full-Arch restorations, from All-On-X Hybrid cases with Immediate Load Temporary Bridges to Fully Digital Full-Arch Dentures.

We fabricate all restorations with the smallest milling tools available for maximum detail and natural anatomy.  Our restorations are professionally shade matched with MIYO stain, glaze and structure to ensure natural, realistic detail.

SUMMARY

Surgical Planning 

Achieving the best outcomes in implant-related dental treatment begins with precise and accurate surgical planning. We utilize advanced CBCT imaging to meticulously plan each case, collaborating closely with our surgical team, laboratory specialists, and you—the restoring dentist. This ensures predictable success from the outset, minimizing surprises and avoiding unexpected costs.

Surgical Guides – 3D Printed 

After surgical planning is complete, it is critical that all the planning data be accurately transferred to the surgical appointment.  We utilize Straumann Codiagnostix software to design our implant surgical guides.  We then use NextDent 5100 3D Printers to fabricate our guides.  This ensures accurate implant placement. 

Immediate Load Temporary Bridges 

Instead of messy, time consuming, fracture prone, conversions of existing dentures, we capture accurate digital records on surgery day, then design and mill PMMA Immediate Load Hybrid Temporary Bridges that can be delivered same day or next day.  This method streamlines delivery appointments and minimizes the chances of fractures during healing. 

All-On-X Hybrid Bridges 

After the initial implant healing phase, the Immediate Load Hybrid Temporary Bridge becomes the design template for the final restoration.  Any soft tissue, esthetic, or occlusal modifications can be easily incorporated into the final design.  Final restorations can be fabricated in either Direct to MUA Zirconia, Zirconia over Titanium Bar, or PMMA over Titanium bar. 

Crowns - Hybrid Implant Crowns and Bridges 

Our single or multi-tooth implant restorations start with accurate detailed implant planning.  Our Final Zirconia or Emax restorations can then be screw retained to avoid cementation issues and to facilitate easy retrieval if necessary. Utilizing angled screw channels and non-engaging abutments, even nonparallel implants can be restored with 

Dentures - 3D Printed Dentures, Try-in Dentures & Final Dentures (Fully Digital Partial & Full Dentures) 

For edentulous patients, tooth positions, phonetics, esthetics, and occlusion are determined using our Digital Denture Process. Instead of fragile wax trial dentures, our Trial Dentures are 3D Printed using strong FDA approved resins. Patients can wear the trial dentures without fear of melting or breaking.  The Trial Denture can then be converted to Final Denture using our patented manufacturing process or used in the Surgical Planning Process for All-On-X Hybrid bridges. 

Implant Crowns - Hybrid Implant Crowns and Implant-supported Bridges
